As our team has grown in size we are looking for 2 enthusiastic team leaders to join our senior team. 

The qualities we are looking for are :

• motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
• very organised and will work on own initiative
• be able to motivate and supervise your team
• lead by example
• prepared to cover on call service once a week
• assist your team manager with reviewing clients
• willingness to further develop knowledge and ss in the care sector.

Pay and holiday Information 

• Rate of pay £11.60 - £14.10
• Mileage 30p per mile
• Enhanced Overtime and weekend rate
• Double time at bank holidays
• Pension
